Terms of use

These terms govern your use of the Cork app. By installing or using the app, you agree to them.

The app

Cork is an organiser for links and apps, provided as-is. It keeps your boards on your device and is not a backup service: the built-in export exists so you always hold your own copy.

Licence

You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app on devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial use. You may not resell, redistribute, or reverse-engineer the app except where such restriction is prohibited by law.

Purchases

Cork Pro is an optional one-time purchase made through the store you installed the app from: Google Play or the App Store, priced in your local currency. It unlocks the home-screen widgets, boards beyond the first, per-link browser choice, and the full skin and palette libraries. There is no subscription and nothing to cancel. The purchase is processed by that store under its own terms and is available again on any device signed in to the same store account. If it ever shows as locked, use Restore purchases in the app's Settings. Refunds follow that store's policy: Google Play's refund policy or Apple's. If a purchase is refunded, the Pro features lock again; the data on your device is not deleted, and export remains available.

Your content and the links you open

The links, names and boards you create are yours; Cork does not upload them. Opening a link hands it to a browser or another app on your device, and the sites and apps you open are governed by their own terms, which we are not responsible for.

No warranty

The app is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. We do our best to keep it stable and pleasant to use, but we cannot guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other consumer protection law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zone7 Studios Pty Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the app. Where our liability cannot lawfully be excluded, it is limited to resupplying the app or paying the cost of having it resupplied.

Changes and ending

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the current version, and using the app after a change means the updated terms apply. You can stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it. We may end your licence if you break these terms, and we may withdraw an app from the stores or stop updating it. None of this affects the consumer rights you have under law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Nothing here affects any consumer rights you have under the law of the country you live in.
